Confederation of European Provinces (C.E.P.)

… In the wake of a terrorist attack against New York City (U.S.A), the United States of America launched an unprecedented series of military actions against Muslim terrorist organizations.

Under the leadership of conservative President G. W. B., the United States of America, after a campaign in Afghanistan that yielded mixed results, fought a war against Iraq, the objective of which was to get rid of Iraqi leader Sadam H. This war, declared by the U.S.A alone, without any mandate from the United Nations and in spite of the opposition from many European nations, was to last longer than expected and to have a very negative effect on the American budget deficit.

In 2007, the many tensions between the U.S.A and Europe reached a new level.

The Middle-East crisis, still unresolved, and the alliance between the U.S.A and Israel lead the Arab states to launch an Organization of International Creditor Nations, later joined by many Asian countries, including China.

In October 2007, the O.I.C.N shifts its financial assets from the US dollar to the Euro, the European currency.

On the 20th of October, 2007, the New York Stock Exchange experiences another Crash, and the American economy crumbles under this blow.

The financial crisis expands worldwide, and the global economy stumbles into a fierce recession.

Moreover, the economic crisis leads to a widespread change of political structures across the globe.

This article will not cover in detail the dislocation of the United States of America (riots in Seattle in June 2008, Washington in August, great fire in Dallas also in August, etc… see articles on U.S.A.)

In Europe, powerful pacifist movements and the action of the European Parliament in Strasbourg (France), lead to a new streak of “regionalization” bringing back the old provinces and a modern sort of feudal structure, very efficiently supervised by the Strasbourg Parliament (Brittany becomes the Duchy of Brittany; regions of Alsace and Palatinat are regrouped under the name of County of Rhenany; Center, Orleans, Berry and Touraine regions are grouped into the Principality of Berry, etc…).

Europe becomes the Confederation of European Provinces (C.E.P.), and the Euro becomes the international monetary reserve currency, while foreign assets flow into Europe.

The pension problem, which had plagued all European economies during the first years of the XXIst Century, is therefore easily solved.

On the other hand, the ageing of the European population remains a problem without a solution (in 2006, 50% of the European population is over 60 years old, 60% in 2012, according to the European Institute of Statistical Studies).

A new situation appears on the world scene, with on one hand a strong deficit in terms of young workforce within the C.E.P. and on the other hand a terrible poverty in many parts of the world (Central Africa, Southern Asia and Pacific Basin) which generates unprecedented migratory flows. This new state of the world gives birth to an original solution to the European problem, a solution that was at first strongly opposed.

In July 2013, the European Parliament adopts the laws regarding consensual and non-consensual servitude (laws called ‘slavery laws’ by the opposition).

The European Directorate of Servitude (E.D.S.) is founded in August, 2013.

Enslavement ( Process of )

(Extracts from the European Code of Laws and from the Instructions of the European Directorate of Servitude).

The process of enslavement is simplified by Article 94 from the General Code  of Servitude (E.C.L, April 24th, 2014).

The Process of Enslavement is a two steps procedure.

1) Preliminary Declaration of Enslavement (P.D.E.)

The administrative form DES-MES-1 must be filled out and filed, along with a birth certificate for the slave.

The form provides a physical description of the candidate to servitude (be it consensual or non-consensual).

The form must indicate the category under which the slave will be used, as such:

ML: Manual Labor

IL: Intellectual Labor

BR: Breeder

2) Enslavement Act

Once the P.D.E. has been validated by our services, the slave’s owner receives the E.N.S.R. (European Number of Slavery Registration), a bar-code to be tattooed on the body of the slave (see notes 1 to 4), along with the Enslavement Act.
The latter must be returned to our services (“priority mail”) after being properly filled in, with the signature and/or the eye-scan of the slave.
The cost of registration is 225 Euros.

Note 1: once established, slavery can be reversed but only at the initiative of the owner (see art. 62-64-65 of the General Code of Servitude). Therefore we recommend that the ENSRbe tattooed on one of the hairy portions of the slave’s body (back of the head or pubic area) so that the ex-slave is not prejudiced by his old condition after being released of servitude, should that be the case.

Note 2: the tattoo-brand markerTBM-22 is the only marking device authorized (see annex 6 for the selling locations of said equipment).

Note 3: after release of the slave, the ENSR is kept in our database and can be reactivated upon request by the original owner. It can only be applied to the slave who bore that specific number.

Note 4: only the proper marking with the official ENSR will confer to the owner the rights of Owner regarding the slave, according to the General Code of Enslavement.

Any other marking (such as ring, branding with iron, etc…) has no legal significance withstanding before the European Court of Servitude.
