USA, with the President W. BUSH Jr, after a qualified operation in Afghanistan, have a campaign in Irak without an international mandate. That operation is going to take many time and it is going to increase the american deficit.

The conflicts of interests between Europa and USA become worst in 2007.

The Israel-Arabe crisis, the alliance Israel-USA is going to cause the arab states they create the International Debtors Organisation. Many asian countries (China ) rally to the IDO.

On october 2007, IDO removes its dollars assets and convert them in Euros (european currency)

It's the bankruptcy in USA.

The economy of USA falls down after the stock market crash on october 20th 2007 in New York.

The world economy falls down too and the recession comes all around the planet.

But there are many political restructuring, they are going to modify the world geopolitical landscape.

We are not going to see the details of the USA disappearance in this article (Seattle riot in june 2008, Washington riots in august and the great Dallas fire... see USA article)

Europa, at the instigation of Strasbourg Parliament is going to regionalize with former province and a sort of relative feodalism: Britanny Dukedom, Rhineland County, Principality of Berry...

Europa becomes European Provinces Confederation (EPC).

European currency, Euro, is becoming established as the international currency and attract all the foreign capitals.

The recurrent problem of pensions is resolute.

But the ageing of the european population is always a grave problem (in 2006 50 % of the european population are more than 60 years old, 60% in 2012; from ESRI, European Statistics Research Institut)

Adequacy between the EPC labour needs and the catastrophic impoverishment of many countries in the world (Africa, south-Asia and Pacific) is going to find an original solution (curiously there were many oppositions against it)

In July 2013, European Parliament vote the laws about the voluntary and involuntary servitude.

European Servitude Direction is founded in august 2013.

Procedure of Enslavement

The Procedure of Enslavement is very simplified by the article n° 94 (10/23/2014)

The Procedure of Enslavemen comes in two steps.

1) Prior Declaration of Enslavement (P.D.E.)

The form ESD-MES-1 has to be used with the slave civil status.

It's a physical appearance description of the candidat.

The fields corresponding to the use of the futur slave have to be full:

MW : manual worker

IW : intellectual worker

GEN : sire male or female

2) Certificate of Enslavement

When the PDE has been validated by our department, the informatique code, European Enslavement Registration Number (EERN), the barcode to be tattooed on the slave's body and the Certificate of eEnslavement (CE) are sent to the owner.

CE must be sent back to our department duly completed with the with the signature AND/OR the retinal print of the slave.

The annual fical charge is 225 Euros.

Note 1 : it is reminded that the enslavement is reversible by the only will of the owner (cf. art. 62-64-65 in General Code of Enslavement) so we insistently advise that the EERN must be tattooed on hairy parts of the slave's body ( back head or pubis).

Note 2 : the tattoo-marker MT 22 is the only recognized one (see in appendix the list of the resellers)

Note 3 : after freeing, the EERN stay saved in our data base and it can be reactivated at first owner request.

Note 4 : only the EERN duly tattooed gives the rights to the owner following the General Code of Enslavement

Any other marks (ring, branding...) don't have legal validity before the European Enslavement Court.
